continuous casting billet is heated to the rolling temperature in the heating furnace, it comes out. First, it goes

through the rough rolling descaling box, and the primary oxide sheet is removed with high pressure water. After

the slab is descaled, the slab is sent to the fixed width. The press makes one successive side press, one side

press to the desired width. Subsequently, the slab is rolled 3-5 times by a four-high reversible roughing mill with

vertical rollers to form an intermediate slab. Then the slab head is cut to fly shear. After finishing rolling, the

regenerated oxide sheet is cleaned by the descaling box, and the slab is rolled to the finishing mill group to form

hot rolled sheet.
